My hosting really sucks they are saying do thia yourself we can not help and i am very helpless let me know i you can do something
No one on these forums should offer to lay hands on your site, nor should you offer to allow anyone to do so.
Do you have any wordpress meetups in your area? That’s a good way to meet wordpress folks and gives you the ability to find someone local to help you with your site.
Another option is to go to managed wordpress hosting. It’s more expensive, but they take over all the technical aspects. Companies like wp-engine and dreamhost (via dreampress) offer those services.
