php pagination issue

Hi

I have some pagination code for my custom query that displays all posts and displays page numbers + first and last buttons. This code is located in the root folder of the wp files.

This works great on my server which is running php 5.2.17.

I copied the code over to another server which is running php 5.3.10
and the pagination does not show up.

I have zipped up the 23 files are they are located here:

If I can’t get this working, can anyone suggest a script I can replace this with?
