Hello, having this error when i attempt to generate PDF Packing Slips.

Says:

@archfabricationandmachine Could you try activating the “Embed images” option under PDF Invoices > Advanced > Settings and let us know if that solves the issue?

I’ve tried multiple different image sizes and formats (png, webp, jpeg). I also tried embed images. Same error. I’ve been using this plugin for a long time (years) and never had this issue. Configuration has been the same, no changes on my end and now getting this error. I did switch from shared hosting to VPS hosting though.

You can forward the error code you shared to your host provider, since the time limit of PHP executions is controlled on their end. Let us know if they can resolve it.

I have set the php “max_execution_time” to 300 seconds in the php ini file. This did not help
