PHP error when activating theme!

    PHP Error Message

    Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/usr/local/apache/htdocs/wp-content/themes/beauty-premium/css/colors/#A10404.css) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/:/usr/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/a8127229/public_html/wp-content/themes/beauty-premium/includes/colors.php on line 75

    I installed a premium theme I got and this is what it says on the top my homepage when I activate it. Can anyone help me fix this?

    As this is a commercial theme, you should seek support from the theme vendors. However, in this case, it looks as if your server’s configuration is stopping the theme from working effectively.
