PHP Error shows when new address is entered. Gone After Saving.

    The plug-in is working with a little bug.
    When a new user wants to add an address, he gets the following PHP error:

    The drops downs are shown and they are functional. The user saves, even with the error showing up, and then goes back in the address and the error is gone.

    Can you tell me how to fix this?

    Hi,
    I think it could be a problem with the code you use to add the cities (and states).
    Can you share that code?
