Php error after install phpBB3

    Hi all
    After i upload the phpBB3 to my ftp and install it, i cant access my site any more. It appear the php error message

    Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/a6342228/public_html/wp-includes/compat.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/a6342228/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 207

    how could i fix this?
