PHP Cookies not working properly

    Hi!

    I am having some problem with php cookies option that allows user to vote once.
    It seems that it is working on Safari browser / but not always / and it’s not working on any other browsers for no reason 🙁 We can’t identify from where the problem is. Can you advice us how can we make sure that we can have it working on all browsers. Website is -> https://dev.seriescon.it
