PHP Code boxes save blank content

Upon using the experimental PHP code section whenever I save my options for custom field template it adds another PHP code textarea.

I’m using the first two code sections (code = 0, code = 1)
But it’s showing 10 as of now and if I update my options it will add another.

How do I remove these empty textareas?
