Photography selection for "customers"

Hi there,
I quite new to WordPress and I’m searching for a nice & small solution for my problem.

My Problem:
One of my hobbie is photography and I’m “working” with hobby models to create some nice photos.

Until wordpress, I have written some own code, where the models can select out of the shooting pictures, the pictures, which they want to receive after some photoshop working on it.
It’s completly non-profit as no money is transferd between them and me.

And now, I’m searching for a solution to do something like the same with wordpress.

What I functional searching for is:
– a way to: store some model/customer masterdata
– a way to: create a gallery with following “features”

protected with password or login

model/customer can select a number of pictures

the number of pictures should be configureale by gallery

an “order” button which just send an mail (to me and model) with for example the image names or creating a pdf with the names and thumbnails of the selected pictures

I hope I was able to describe my requirements.

Does someone know a plugin, which can be used for this?
Also I would prefer if this is fitting optical into the current theme.
