Photo Uploading for Users

Hi there, hopefully someone can help me with this. I recently started a website that is very much driven on users submitting photos for inclusion in the site. So far user submissions have been kind of slow and I’m pretty sure a contributing factor could be the way I’m asking them to contribute a photo. Currently I just have my email address posted.

I’d like to have a form where they can browse their computer and choose a file to upload. The uploaded file would then be emailed to me or stored in a database but either way would not be immediately posted to the website. I haven’t been able to find a plugin for something like this.

Is there a plugin out there and if not does anyone know code to do this?
