Hi guys – the plug-in looks great, and I may want to use, but I can’t get the photo to upload – it just reloads the page with no photo uploaded in the user. Have tried many photos and it gives no error! 🙁

    Hi,

Can you make sure the directory /wp-content/uploads/gravatar is writable?

There is the directory in which the plugin tries to add the images.

    Best regards,
    Calin

I am having the same problem. Checked “show gravatar” and images are showing on the backend, but not on the public side. The images were working until today. Updated.

Hey, just solved my problem. The plug-in was conflicting with the Smush plug-in. Deactivated Smush and the image shows up fine in the Starbox. Now the dilemma is which plug-in is more important?
Is it possible that a future update will resolve the Starbox/Smush conflict?
