Hi Steve,
I don’t have access to your site, Wordfence is blocking it:
Reason: Access from your area has been temporarily limited for security reasons
Images should be displayed in proportion in all screen sizes. This is set in file style.
You can change the image width in file functions from 350 to (for example) 700 (pixels). Which image type should be full width, the featured image in a post or the featured image in a page?

Thanks for getting back to me. Sorry about the Wordfence country blocker. (I’ve been getting a lot of login attempts from overseas, especially Ukraine, Russia, China and Italy.)
I would like to have photos/images appear full-screen width on both Posts and Pages, including the Home Page, and both desktop and mobile devices. Right now it’s not showing any photos/images on the Home Page, and the photos are only about 700 pixels on the inside Post Page. (I have it set to show the entire Post on the Home Page, but it’s only showing an excerpt on the Home Page, without photos.)
I could send you a JPG copy of the home page if it would help.

Do you have a static homepage (set in Settings > Reading) or the default one with posts on it?
If you have posts on it you should set a featured image and change image size in file functions… this should work.
Don’t foget to change width from 50% into 100% in mobile stylesheet (located in file style), so image is full width in mobile screens too.
