You’re confusing two different software. The software distributed on WordPress.org is entirely different from the software available at WordPress.com.
If you have a problem with the WordPress.com Sketch theme on your WordPress.com website then you need to post on WordPress.com’s forums.
Hi christystjohn – these forums are for folks running the WordPress software on their own hosting. As Andrew mentioned, support for WordPress.com sites is provided over at WordPress.com.
