Phenomenal Support – Other Developers Take Notice

I chose Essential Addons for the Dynamic Gallery widget to feed in images from a custom post type. I noticed that the widget was having trouble bringing in images from a custom gallery field and reached out to support. In almost no time at all Sophia reached out to help. I provided some screenshots and descriptions of the issue and Sophia made contact with the development team. Michelle from the development team confirmed the issue and had a fix in just a couple of days. To say that this level of support was unexpected is an understatement, other plugin developers need to take notice. Many thanks to Sophia, Michelle and the development team.
