Personalization Not Working

    When I use Personalization, it shows if I View product from the products update page. But turns off when views again. Using WP e-commerce 3.8.14.1

    Tried using WPEC Personalize 1.0, which gets the following errors.

    That seems a problem caused by another plugin WPEC-Personalize-3.8
    Try contacting that plugin`s authors.

    Without the WPEC Personalize plugin, the personalization doesn’t work.

    Will show if I click on View Product from the Update page, but will not show when viewed from the Products Page/Basic Panel. The “User can personalize this product by leaving a message on single product page” is turned off when access after checking and click on Update. Will not stay checked.

    Mihai did not suggest that you don’t use the Personalize plugin. Rather, Mihai’s comment indicated that the issue is caused by your Personalize plugin. It’s not something the WPEC folk should fix. It’s the Personalize plugin author’s issue. You might want to contact them.
