Personal info demo

As my topic already said it al. How do i create the personal info like the demo: http://ultimatememberdemo.com/user/sarahmiller/

Also I am using buddy press. I don’t want my users to register for the buddy press before uploaden their profile als they already register using UM
Any idea for this?
