I HAVE PERMANENT OBJECT CACHE ENABLED. When I check the site health status, why do I get the message you must use a persistent object cache?

The plugin does not do object cache, you would need a plugin such as Redis for this.

Could you suggest other plugins? This seems very difficult to me.

Redis is a very popular choice and is free.
