Permissions to export subscriber list

Is there any way to give a user the permission to Export the subscriber list without giving him full administrator rights?
The editor of the site I take care of needs to export the subscribers from time to time, however when he clicks Export he is getting an error telling him that only administrators are allowed.
I have the User Role Editor plugin installed, and tried to check whether there is a custom capability for the newsletter export functionality, but there doesn’t seem to be any. Is there any way to enable the user to Export in any way?
