I understand that the notes are only available to administrators. Is that just for creating/editing or viewing as well?

sorry for the late response!

Yes, the notes are only available to admins for all actions: create/edit/view.
I hope I can add permission options soon.

Would you find it useful to have notes visible to other roles?

Hi Andrea,

Thanks for the response. Yes, that would be helpful. It would enable our team to communicate about certain configurations and things to be aware of when working on a particular page/post.

Just as a follow up, I realized I could adjust these permissions using the user role plugin we use. Just in case anyone else is also looking for this feature.

@dimensionsfoundation I would be very grateful if you can explain better your findings, just to avoid fiddling with permissions 🙂

EDIT: nevermind! it was extremely easy – just added capabilities to editor role to edit/delete/view notes.

@andreaporotti yeah It was extremely easy, just added the permission to the role (editor, in my case) and it worked flawlessly.
