Hey there. So I know that the plugin offers some suggestions for resolving this but we aren’t running on Linux. We’re running on Windows Servers.

Simply put, the plugin menu shows that the “Requirements” section fails. It says it cannot reach three subdirectories (including the root directory of the website). If the permissions are wrong, then the clone/migration will be incomplete, correct?

Is there any way to resolve this on Windows servers?

  • Hey Pulsecx,

Yes, PHP will need access to the required folders to write the necessary data… You can try to remove the “Ready Only” flag on the directory that is having issues, if that doesn’t work you may have to Google for the combination of web server and PHP that your using so that the function for PHP is_writable will work.

    Cheers~
