I can not access the plugin admin page. After upgrading to the latest version appeared the message: “Without sufficient permissions to access this page.”

Sorry, There’s no problem. I was trying to access the page: wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpdiscuz_options_page, but this moved to edit-comments.php?page=wpdiscuz_options_page
