Did you get this error when you installed the plugin or when you tried to activate it?

I got a whole bunch of errors when I activated it –

permission denied on ninja-forms.php line 652,
cannot send session cache limiter line 652,
cannot modify header information on pluggable.php line 1178,
permission denied on unknown line 0,
    then something about windows\temp.

I refreshed and the aforementioned errors appeared at the top of the admin panel.

Looks like there is an issue with file permissions. You’ll have to contact your host on resolving the issue of the file permissions on your server.
