Hello

I have protected the files so only registered users can download them.

If a not registered user try to download a file then a file called permission-denied.txt is downloaded instead of a message on screen or similar.

Guest users should see the link Please login to download , please give me your url to check.

@wrathyimp, may you please give me your URL to check the issue, When file is assigned to any specific roles, guest ( not loggedin ) users should see a link like this:

How did you resolve so that the permission denied message is not received? I would like for members to receive a more “user-friendly” message prompting login…
