Permalinks not showing name correctly

    Hi. I noticed that my last 2 posts are showing permalinks with a wrong (and very ugly) way, and I don´t know how to fix it.

    Its showing some characteres that shoudnt be there. For exemple:

    Instead of:

    emagrecersemdieta.com.br/desfrute-de-gorduras-saudaveis-e-evite-as-ruins/

    It´s showing:

    emagrecersemdieta.com.br/desfrute-de-gorduras-saudaveis-%E2%80%8B%E2%80%8Be-evite-as-ruins/

    Why its happening? And what should I do to fix it? And I try to edit post, its showing the right name, so I cant just change there.

    The last part of the URI is the post or page ‘slug’ and cannot contain special characters other than –

    Use the post or page quick edit function to change the slug. Special characters are encoded in the browsers to be those ‘ugly’ characters.

    Hi swanson, thats for your answer.

    I know about that, but when I use quick edit function to change slug, it didnt show any caracters… These last topis are the first that gave me problems.

    It should remove accents automactly, right?

    Yeah i managed to fix it, buts its boring.. I had to delete and rewrite all text to be sure it didnt have any characters hide into phrase.

    Do not copy and paste text from rich text editors like Word, etc. or browsers. Use Notepad or other ASCII text editors only. If you want to copy and paste text, first paste into the proper text editor then paste into the WP page.
