Permalinks doesn't work

Hi, in wordpress permalinks section, I setted /product/ attribute but it doesnt work. Instead of ?product= works. So I cannot buy items on the pages that I created with ajax. How can I fix the problem?

All of my plugins updated and I don’t use another permalink plugin.
