Hi Thomas,
Thank you very much for notifying us! We’ll send this to our team of developers, and will get it fixed as soon as possible. 🙂

Hi Thomas,
Can you post a screenshot of your settings page? This time around it might be a more specific problem. We’ve tried with a few different settings, and it still works fine for our FAQ pages:

No problem 🙂

Hi Thomas,
Thanks, it looks like there’s a problem with the javascript when”Reveal Effect” is set to “None”. If you switch it temporarily to “Slide” while we come up with an update, then it should work correctly until the update is released.
Ahh, no problem. Will make do with another transition until you patch the plugin 🙂
I’m thinking this will also fix the bug, where the permalink doesn’t jump to the article in question…
Thanks!
Hi again…
I found the present topic and this one (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/issues-33) that talks about the problem with permalinks.
The option “Permalink Type” = Individual Page doesn’t work?
When I use this option the permalink goes to http://mywebsite/faqs/slug-of-the-question/ and it doesn’t work (404 error page).
If I change to “Permalink Type” = Same Page it becomes http://mywebsite/my-page/?Display_FAQ=1732 which loads the same page but doesn’t open or visually indicates which question it was.
I can live without permalink, but the problem is that when I search the website (default search of WordPress) the question appears linking to http://mywebsite/faqs/slug-of-the-question/, which gives 404 error page.
Hi lfreitas,
In your WordPress admin, could you please go to the Settings > Permalinks screen and choose the first option (it is usually called “Default” but is sometimes called “Plain”) and then click Save Changes? Then try again to go to a single FAQ and see if it works now.
Yeah, but that would break my configuration… I always use some other than “Plain” for better SEO and usability.
That would affect all of the website.
I’m using Custom structure: /%category%/%postname%/
UPDATE:
I just saved again without changing my settings and I think it worked.
We’re glad that you were able to get it working. Thank you for letting us know.
