I have a vanilla WordPress setup to test this. when I try to save any of the settings under opportunity details and email, my install is throwing a 403 error:

Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/options.php on this server.

I have disabled the few plugins I have installed and got the same results. is it possible the error is being caused because of my permalink structure? I prefer to configure them using .htaccess and this – https://site.com//%postname%/

has anybody else experienced something similar?

Thanks for reaching out @johnhowardfl and I’m sorry you’re running into issues. This is not a problem we’ve come across before in regards to the volunteer management plugin. I know 403 errors are typically difficult to troubleshoot, so it may be worth following the guidelines at https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-403-forbidden-error-in-wordpress/ as a starting point. Give that a shot and let us know how it goes. Good luck.

as irony has it, that particular post is where I have started the process. I’ll post an update once I troubleshoot further. thanks for the fast reply.
