    You mean on WordPress permalinks ?

    I have always used custom

    /%category%/%postname%/

    and worked great in all previous themes and the default one of WP.

    (sorry i have to use an account of a co-worker from here to reply).

    What info do you need ?

    I’m running PHP 5.6 and LiteSpeed webserver under CloudLinux. Nothing strange.

    A list of plugins you have activated. Also try and use just /%postname%/ and see if it works…

    It is a Plugin. ANSPRESS.

    Disabled everything, and one by one activated, and found it.
