Permalinks

I am having a problem with Permalinks. In Settings > Permalinks, I chose: “Custom Structure” and typed in “/%postname%/”. For some reason, when I go to a page via Manage > Pages, only the About page shows the Permalink which is “Permalink: http://verbalremedies.com/blog/about/ Edit”. It is not showing for any other page. Blog is at http://verbalremedies.com/blog/ for now. In terms of the links for the main menu on the top, I guessed (see menu below). The home and About page are the only ones working.
