Permalink Settings

Hello to all,
I have this website:
http://www.fxrobots.co/
And when i’m changing the Permalink Settings to ‘Numeric’ the links in the website are not working.
For example: http://www.fxrobots.co/about
when i’m changing back to default it does allow me to reach the page.
