    Hi ciro,
    Thanks for your message.

There’s no time limit on notifications so there’s no reason why your notifications would work for a few hours and then not after that.

One possibility is that you’ve hit your mail sending limit for an hour at your host.
If Email Log is reporting that the notification has been sent out but you haven’t received it, it might be worth installed an SMTP plugin to see if this helps too.

Let me know how you get on with the above.

    Thanks,
    Jack

The problem is inside the tags

The strange thing is that for a certain nuomber of hour this button-link has worked good.

    Have you got any idea?
SMTP plugin is too hard to set because I am not good at it.

Postman has a Setup Wizard that might help?

The problem is inside the … tags

Perhaps the addition of the image link flags the email as Spam.

    Hi cirowp,

What Jason said – follow that and see how you get on.
If the emails are getting logged in Email Log then the problem is somewhere outside of that between your server and the recipient.

    Jack

Using Email log I didn’t get any error. But no notifications email are sent.

AFAIK, Email Log does not have the ability to show errors. The Postman Email Log will.

Ok.. I’ll try the SMTP plugin…
but I’m sure that the button I said above was visible and working also without a SMTP plugin.

    But you also said

But after some hours it didn’t work anymore. If I sent a test email or a real notification nothing happened. […] But no notifications email are sent.

    Give it a try.

Hi guys…. don’t ask me why… and how.
Finally I’ve got my link button in the notification.

I’ve write a HTML page using a Html editor (Microsoft Expression Web).
Just copy and paste the html code in the notification editor of your wonderful plugin and now all works fine.

Postman …and other SMTP plugin are not necessary in my case.
Thanks a lot for your help!

A little question for a little problema about the date format.
Now it is yyyy-mm-dd @ hh:mm:ss …..can I have dd-mm-yyyy format? (and no Hours). How can I change the date format?

    Hi cirowp,
Glad it’s now all working for you.

Regarding the date format: the date is pulled from the database in whatever format WordPress is storing it in. If you want to change it, I think you’ll need to go to Settings > General in the WordPress admin.

Hope this helps and remember, if you liked the plugin, please feel free to leave an honest review.

    Thanks,
    Jack
