    In Settings -> Permalinks you can set your own custom structure. See the codex permalinks page.

    Please check this screenshot & let me know, what should I add/remove to make my URL’s as my desires.

    Actually now that I take a look, I’m not sure it’s possible to completely remove category from the URL structure from within the admin panel.

    I’ll search for a different solution.
