Permalink configuration is nothing but clear

Hi everyone,
I want my website structure to be like this :
http://www.mywebsite.com
http://www.mywebsite.com/category
http://www.mywebsite.com/category/product

Isn’t it how it is supposed to be?

Can someone help me please to achieve that with permalinks on woocommerce?
