    To Whom It May Concern,

    I’m having trouble with the plugin. It’s not possible to finish the performance test. It’s always stuck on 99% and doesn’t produce anything. I tried refreshing the page, hard refresh and incognito window – none of them worked. I also tried resetting the settings, i.e. starting the wizard from scratch – this was also unhelpful.

    I hope you are doing well today.

    Could you try both solutions and see does any will help to narrow main issue?

    1. Re-install Humminbird
    2. Please deactivate all plugins except Humminbird and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to the default WordPress theme like 2019, and see if it works. Before this test, we recommend full site backup or running this test on the staging site.

    Hi Kris,

    Thank you for the swift reply. Unfortunately, after following the instructions, you had given me, I came to the same results as before. The test is always stuck at 99%.

    I really don’t know what else to do.
