Hi @meetmichael,
I don’t see any website URL shared so we couldn’t check further regarding this. Could we know what exact error you noticed on your side?
Hummingbird in general uses the Google API to run the performance test. Could we know whether you are able to successfully run a Google Page Speed?
If it works on the Google Page Speed side, it would have worked on the Hummingbird side too.

If the issue is only specific to Hummingbird then possible to share the website URL so that we could have a better idea?
Looking forward to your response.
Kind Regards,
Nithin
Sorry about that! Yes, the site in questions is https://www.nickperry.ca.
I can confirm that I’m able to run the Google test on its own.
Michael
Hi @meetmichael
Thank you for the link,
I am afraid I was unable to run the test using Chrome > Lighthouse, it randoms work and then stops sometimes works when I toggle the simulate throttling.

This could be related to why Hummingbird isn’t working as we use the Google API, but we need to run some tests first.
Can you please allow the WPMU DEV IPs on any firewall or security plugin? https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/wpmu-dev-ip-addresses/
If you don’t have any security plugin, can you please create a Staging site https://wpmudev.com/blog/set-up-staging-site-cheap-shared-hosting/ or use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/ and run a full plugin conflict test following this workflow?

Let us know the result you got.
