    Hello,

I’m using Code Snippets Pro on my WordPress site and running into an issue:

    1. The Plugins page in the WordPress admin doesn’t load at all (stuck loading).
    2. The site itself has become significantly slower.
    3. When checking codesnippets.pro directly, I get a Cloudflare error: “Connection timed out – Error code 522”, indicating Cloudflare is working fine but your origin server (Host) is not responding.

I’m guessing the plugin makes a request to your server (license check / Cloud sync) when loading the Plugins page, and since your server isn’t responding, that request hangs until timeout, which is slowing down my site.

    Could you let me know:

    • Are you aware of a current outage on your servers?
    • When is it expected to be resolved?
    • Is there a recommended way on your end to prevent the plugin from waiting on your server until this is fixed (beyond manually disconnecting from the Cloud)?

    Thank you,
    Yarden

    Hi @yardenyarchi !
Sorry for the late reply and thank you for letting us know.

The outage affecting our main website has now been resolved. The Code Snippets website and Code Snippets Cloud are hosted completely independently, so although the website outage was caused by technical issues with our hosting provider, it should not affect the plugin or Cloud service.

Pro license distribution and validation is also separate from both services and is handled by our distribution partner, Freemius.

For Pro-related support, please contact us directly at team[@]codesnippets.pro or use the contact form on our website https://codesnippets.pro/contact/.

If the issue still persists, please send our Pro support team a screen recording showing the problem. One possible cause we have seen in the past is a hosting server blocking outgoing server-side connections. However, if your site has connected to Code Snippets Cloud successfully before, that is less likely to be the cause.

    Kind regards,
    Code Snippets Support
