Per Page Widget

On each of my pages I get the message “Note: Per Page widget area: per-page-music not found. You’ve likely mistyped the name, haven’t defined the area yet, or haven’t added a widget.” I did not try to set a per page widget though, so I am just trying to figure out how to remove that message.
