people cannot subscribe

    Hi!

    People cannot subscribe to my newsletter neither from the widget on my page or the form inside each post.

    After filling email address and name the message they receive is either:

    oops! something went wrong, complete ALL fields

    or

    Oops! something went wrong! please try again later.

    I have absolutely no idea what might be wrong! I think i have had this problem for the las 6 weeks since no one has subscribed to my newsletter 🙁

    Please, help me!

    This is the ERROR: Form 6545 > MailChimp API error: NOMBRE must be provided – Please enter a value

    –> where “NOMBRE” means “FNAME” in spanish.

    I’ve tried already doing this: Mail chimp –> Lists –> List fields and *|MERGE|* tags and only make “required” the email address.

    But i still get the error and no-one can suscribe to my newsletter 🙁 Please help!

    Hi there,

    From the looks of it, your selected MailChimp list still has a “NOMBRE” field which is marked as “required” in MailChimp. After deselecting the “Required?” checkbox in MailChimp, did you renew your lists in the plugin by going to MailChimp for WP > MailChimp and then clicking the “Renew Lists” button?
