Pending payment email notification

Hello, right now I am testing EDD in sandbox and it works as a charm. I have one issue though.
I would love to receive email notification as soon as a buyer hits complete purchase button on my website. Why? Because I would love to know when someone abandons payment on paypal. Sometimes people just do it and then I would like to email them offering help with payment etc. To make the conversion rate better.

Is this possible please? How to set it up? Thank you so much.
