    Hello, i have just received two orders but they were stuck on “Pending payment”
    i made a test order i got the email notification but it was stuck in “on hold”
    anyone can help me?

    The key here is understanding what payment method was used to process these orders.

    The Pending Payment status generally means that the order was received, but the plugin is still awaiting payment – the order is unpaid. This status is generally seen when customers initiate the checkout process, but leave the site without completing payment. In most of this cases, the order will be created, but not having received a payment leaves the order in this status.

    The On-Hold status also means that you are awaiting payment – the stock is reduced, but you need to confirm payment. This is a status that is generally used with offline payment methods, such as check or BACS payments; where the order is processed, but the admin needs to manually confirm that the payment was received (by checking if they received the checks or an online wire transfer).
