Pending Payment

    Some of my subscriptions orders are “pending payment”, rather than automatically taking the payment when it’s renewal time. Has nayone else has any issues/know how I can resolve this?

    Hi, thank you for your message. Could you please let us know which payment gateway was used for the subscriptions that are showing as “pending payment”?

    Our subscription plugin do not support auto renewal from Woo Payments yet. We currently support auto renewal from WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway (by woocommerce), Paddle for WooCommerce, Mollie, and an included PayPal payment gateway.
