    How do cancellations work exactly?
    I thought they would be automatic but it seems that the status changes to “Pending Cancellation”. Does that mean manual action is needed by the admin in order to cancel a subscription?

    When a subscription is cancelled by the customer, it’s status is no changed to cancelled immediately. If the subscription has a pre-paid term that has not been finished yet, the subscription will be assigned the Pending Cancellation status.
    When the pre-paid term ends, the subscription’s status will be transitioned to Cancelled. Also admin can do cancellation at anytime.

    What do you mean by pre-paid terms exactly?
    I have one product and set it to renew payment once a day ($90).
    I went to my account, pressed cancel and then the status changed to “Pending Cancellation status” It has been 2 days now and it’s still “pending”.

    The initial signup was done via sandbox stripe using a Credit Card

    We need to check this, whether subscription’s status is transitioned to cancelled when the pre-paid ( remaining time in active subscription ) term ends.
    We will update the response in couple of days.

    Please update the plugin to the latest version ( 1.3.1 ). We have fixed this and updated in the latest version.
