Pending approval

    I have an account with MailPoet3, with an existing domain. Now I want to add another domain for a different newsletter in a different new website. I can’t understand what I have to do.

    I see that my account has 1 active plan, and for the second one I always find “Pending” “Once the subscription is approved, we will head back to you!” but nothing happens.

    What can I do?

    Hi @ico33,

    If your second subscription is showing as “Pending” it means we need to approve it. Please contact us via email or using the Help icon in the plugin and we can check your account.
