PDF seen as duplicate content

Hey guys, lots of SET Tools (Semrush, deepcrawl, etc.) are seeing generated PDFs as duplicated content. Is it possible to this plugin make PDFs canonical? See here suggestions about this issue: https://moz.com/community/q/can-pdf-be-seen-as-duplicate-content-if-so-how-to-prevent-it
