PDF Review – Page not Found

    Hi,

    I’ve just installed the Gift Cards (Gift Vouchers and Packages) (WooCommerce Supported) Pro plugin on my website.
    My website is with Avada Theme and Fusion builder.

    I am using Stripe for the payement gateway.
    so I managed to set up the plugin , the Stripe payement, created the gift items and gift vouchers.

    But When I tested it, everything works until i arrive at the payement. When I click on preview PDF, a “not found” page opens. And when I ckick on pay now, a error message appears.

    So I am wondering:
    – Do I have to install woocommerce and Stripe for woocommerce plugins before setting up gift card plugin?
    – Is it an error in the setting of Stripe on the gift card plugin?
    – Is it an error in my Stripe account?

    Hi @nathaliecomunited

    Can you check if this setting is enable from Plugin settings => “Change PDF Save Option”.

    Also, if that is enable can you please check with your hosting provider if “allow_url_fopen” this option is enable or not? This will be required to generate PDF.

    And regarding PDF preview you can check our documentation from here. Voucher PDF preview page should be there from Admin.

    I just check your website URL structure. Can you please try to update permalink structure from “custom structure” to “Post name”. This will surely work after that.

    Hi,
    Thank you so much for your quick response ! I just changed permalink settings to Post name and now preview PDF works !!

    But I still have the payement issue with Stripe. When I click on paye now, there is a message saying ” http://www.espacewatea.com indicates that An error has occurred ”
    Would you now why is that so?

    Do I have to add “Strip Payement” plugin? Do I need to add Woocommerce?

    Hi @nathaliecomunited

    Can you please confirm once “Change PDF Save Option” is enable because sometimes that could resolve error. Also, you can check the currency code you have added is correct or not. You can check correct code from here.

    And woocommerce isn’t necessary to install.

    Let us know if still not resolved. We will help you with other solution.
