Version: 1.4.13 of WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips

In the past day or two clicking on the Save As PDF mini-icon (the one with the downward arrow) stopped working. The Printing mini-icon works fine.

I get the beginning of the download, like this for example, j8OIrrjg.pdf.part, but it never completes. Worked fine through the past several hundred invoices until this week. I can usually force a popup menu by clicking and holding on the PDF icon and selecting Save Link As…but the previous functionality was much easier.

Also, when a buyer enters the name of their country as United States, it appears in the invoice template on the same line or above the line with the city and state or province. How can I fix that? This doesn’t happen with orders from Canada. I looked at my custom template but didn’t grok how to do it.

The PDF download problem was related to the browser. After encountering other oddities, I reinstalled Firefox and everything works fine now.

Stll wondering how to fix the Country field on the PDF output.

    Hi There,
The country field is added by WooCommerce by default, or rather, WooCommerce leaves it out by default if it’s different from the shop base location defined in the WooCommerce settings. You will notice that this address format is different for each country.
I don’t know why it’s being displayed on the same line, I just set my shop base to Canada and a US order printed “United States (US)” on the last line… Are you using any other filters to alter the way the address is displayed/formatted? How is the address formatted in the WooCommerce emails?

If it’s the same in the WooCommerce emails (which I suspect), you have to look for the cause in WooCommerce.

    Hope that helps!
    Ewout
