Pdf De-indexed by google

Hi,
I have these 3 pdfs on my website
https://vineetloomba.com/wp-content/uploads/Trigonometry-Theory-JEE-Main-and-Advanced.pdfI had uploaded these few days back in the same order as above. I put them in search console. I searched on google and found them in search results. But now I am able to find only the last one and the first two are not showing in google search result.
can any expert guide?
