Paypal VS Stripe | WordPress.org

New to S3 Member and looking at getting things set up. So much of the online documentation focuses on PayPal but it seems that Stripe is a better way to go, using ProForm integration. Stripe looks like it might be simpler for the user as well.

Any thoughts or suggestions on Paypal VS Stripe with S3Member?

There’s really no doubt here: unless you have a specific reason for wanting to use PayPal, Stripe is definitely the way to go.

@stinkykong Stripe is really a much better payment gateway than PayPal from what I’ve been told, so it’s not a hard choice to make if you have it available in your country.

You’ll need s2Member Pro for it, though. The s2 framework integrates with PayPal Standard only. http://s2memberpro.com
