Paypal redirection

after you have activated the nation of the shop in italian, i set the specific country (San Marino). Simulating the purchase paypal redirects me to paypal english and not italian, as ever?

Let me start by saying that i have to work with two specific countries in italy: Paypal for italy redirects well, San marino no.
