It could be due a IPN issue. We will check this feature step by step and i will let you know.

Thanks I just updated. One thing I forgot to mention is that, some people will fill out the registration but when they are redirected to the paypal page to make payment, they do not ( I gave it a test drive myself )

The system does register them as subscribers even though no payment was made.

I am sure some people think they can gain site entry this way.

I am sure you are aware of this fact since you have the admin confirmation option in the dashboard.

Is there a way to stop this from occuring, whereby they do not get registered and do get an error message telling them of this fact.

Hope I am not asking for too much

FYI the paypal update did not work. Payment id does not load and user still held in pending even after payment confirmation and member confirmation.

We’re not ignoring your issue. Are you totally sure that you’ve set the right slug for your pages?

Did you follow these steps http://doc.usersultra.com/i-cant-see-user-profiles/?

It looks like your issue is related to the IPN call back. I am thinking that somehow paypal is not calling back to the IPN URL. Could you please make sure that IPN is active in your paypal account?

    Cheers

Thanks for mentioning paypal settings Frank, looks like this issue is closed. Paypal is limited when it comes to multiple sites and only offers 1 url for IPN call back..i will just have to accept their email payment notifications alone. I did change a few settings to make things better…thanks.

Funny thing is it worked like it should for a while…

    You’re welcome.

    Yeah, that happens sometimes.

I’m glad to hear that everything has been resolved. 🙂

    Cheers,
    Frank
